Hi everyone,
As part of the CEI 2020 Conference, we had a session for brainstorming projects for 2021. We listened to participants' ideas and gave some feedback and assistance. We outlined as well the next steps needed to complete a project as can also be found here.
This thread is a space for these participants to continue their brainstorming and discussion but also somewhere that anyone who wants to start brainstorming for 2021 can also join the discussion!
Looking forward to hearing all the ideas and helping anyone who needs help!
CEI Alumni Team
This year for CEI 2020 things will be done a little differently. We are offering 3 different project sessions for everyone!
1. Full projects
For any schools who already have a full project (perhaps on the shelf since July or you work on year round) we invite you to come and present your project. Please note each project should be presented by a separate delegation.
2. 48 hour projects
Together with our team create and undertake a 48 hour project based on the theme and make a short presentation about what you found out.
3. Brainstorming for 2021
What do we mean by CEI Conference Projects?
Projects are an important part of CEI conferences.
Students work together with their teacher, local organisations, communities and other CEI delegations to work on a project which they present at the CEI annual conference.
Projects can last for longer than one year, but at the conference the progress of the project should be presented.
Note about Projects for the CEI 2020 Virtual Conference:
Given the short period available to students, if you do not have a completed project to present at the virtual conference, delegations are encouraged to join with some simple ideas and plans to a BRAINSTORM session where you can share ideas, develop your project, meet project partners and even try completing a 48hour project!
Reaching out is a very important role as a Caretaker. It is our duty to expand and develop the network 😎
